They couldn't access the seat map as its within 72 hours

Question is what row you are in....

If its 1-5 then thats a bit strange
If its row 6+ then it may show as premium as thats what they are sold in TATL but its just seat. Your ticket is entitled to any economy seat bar the exit row from my recollection
