From this thread over at the Thailand forum, looks like your best bet is that TG Prestige Lounge with maybe the TK lounge as an alternative inbetween:

If I have time tomorrow morning, I will take a walk around to have a look at what is open, but I think the above is a reflection of the current state. Between now and your trip though, things may change.
