sorry for the questions, but I’m seeing my self confronted with a similar situation next month and want to be prepared…
If I can give an advice..I changed the drop-off location to LAX in my reservation (it was Marriot LAX for pick-up and drop-off), so I will not have office-hours problems, I will use the shuttle to airport, and maybe the "change-my-car" game would be easier (the car in any case would be returned at LAX, so I hope they wil be more "accomodating"...) : the price didn't change!
