This trip can often be had for <$100 all in w/ no advanced purchase, especially when FlyI and NW start throwing $29 fares around. I to would rather connect thru DTW for the additonal miles and the mainline aircraft. I have considered buying a couple of tickets for Feb/March that can be had for $88 right now in hopes that NW will discontinue this route and reroute me through DTW (or maybe MSP) on this lower fare.
