The irksome one for me is BA moves a flight to be 2 hours early on a schedule change but then moves the later flight to the ORIGINAL time you had booked - don't understand how their scheduling system does this still and doesn't just alter the last/first flights and leave flights alone in the main part of the day. Second nonsense bit is their rebooking system insists you need to be on the 2 hour earlier flight vs moving you to the the flight time you originally had. Wouldn't be an issue if the call centers were more reachable vs the pain to get them at times
