I have an Amex companion voucher which ends in March 2023 and I am thinking on taking the wife to Australia in Jan.

I am having issues trying to view multi city destinations as it is saying there is no flights (even just Australian ones) and that's without the hassle of trying to work out the best way to use the companion voucher if that's possible.

I am looking to travel on the 7th Jan 2023

7th Jan ABZ-PER
15th Jan PER-SYD
20th Jan SYD-BNE
24th Jan BNE-HKG or SIN
28th Jan HKG or SIN - ABZ

Although I have put PER 1st stop I can change it about and have it the last stop if it is better for flights.

I have just over 100k Avios if that helps.

I am not really worried about going BA metal although I believe the voucher must be used from or 2 the UK on BA metal.

I would be travelling in WT or WT+ and yes I know it won't be the best journey down in the cattle market, but we would rather spend our money on the trip rather than on the journey.
