I have stayed here a few times and twice upgraded from king grand deluxe room with view to a one bedroom suite with view (diamond) which is pretty generous. I have also had 2 junior suites and they were pretty different, one was almost as large as the suites just lacking the wall to separate spaces, and the other seemed like a standard room with a small closet area and also did not feature a bathtub. I find the hotel renovation pretty high quality and it is in a good location for shopping, transport and upmarket restaurants. The restaurant was better when it was the betterment, now it seems a bit confused but still nice. Housekeeping is also a bit hit and miss, they are very good when they make it to your room but sometimes they seem not to bother with a turndown. It can't compete in-terms of service with some of its Mayfair rivals but it is good to have a premium option for Hilton in the city since park lane is getting very tired.
