I presume you are talking about the additional coverage medical travel insurance, not the coverages shown on this page AMEX INSURANCE.
I looked at AMEX's RSA policy today and it seems that as long as a country is not on Canada's avoid travel list ("Avoid non-essential travel” or “Avoid all travel”), you should be ok.
Would be great to be at this do or whatever materializes--enjoy!
