Check back of card for issuing bank. US Bank VGC from BHN require pin change before use and are good with no swipe limits at Walmart. They are usually at Kroger brand stores and possibly other chains. Albertsons/Vons/Safeway chains are now InComm Vanilla issued by Sutton Bank. They also have no swipe limit at Walmart.
