Interesting. BA514 does appear to have been removed from the schedule - it doesn't appear in Expert Flyer for the day of your outbound and is therefore probably cancelled.

BA515 on 4 June actually looks to be running but completely full. The seat map shows most seats already allocated which is a surprise so far out.

I had 2 flights cancelled this weekend but got emails about both cancellations. Annoyingly they are also no longer visible in Expert Flyer so I can't work out why they're cancelled - but with a week to go they're unlikely to be extraordinary circumstances.
