My experience:
KLM 644 (JFK-AMS), April 7. No mask announcement, either “required” or “recommended.” I’d estimate about 33% unmasked. No one bothered me when I was maskless.
KLM 427 (AMS-DBX), April 8. Repeated mask announcements (“required,” not “recommended”). Flight crew asking people without masks to wear one properly.
