ESPN+ content has very little overlap with the ESPN cable channels. ESPN+ includes things like what used to be NHL Center Ice (all out-of-market games that are not part of a national broadcast), extensive soccer coverage, PGA coverage, etc.
Disney+ has a deceptive amount of content that isn’t just for kids, including a whole host of commercial free programming from the National Geographic channel, everything Star Wars, and the entire Marvel Universe catalog.
Reducing the AF takes away from Amex revenue. The whole point of these credits is that the companies covered by the credits are fronting the vast majority of the of the funds.
Not disputed, but again, nothing of value to me nor I expect to most people which is why we see them on the coupon book. It does not take a rocket scientist to understand the coupon book strategy from Amex point of view. Nor does it take one to understand the views of customers who have better ways to spend their time.
