I am still having trouble wrapping my head around how the MP program calculates PQPs.

Would someone be kind enough to explain why the PQP earnings are different for each of these three flights? In each case, a PE ticket was purchased originally which was then upgraded (not upfared) to Biz with cash. Thanks in advance.
