Looking at the number of deaths reported on worldometers, deaths in Sweden peaked on 20 Feb, in Denmark on 10 Mar, and in Norway on 23 Mar. If we assume that an average patient dies three weeks from infection, it means that infections peaked in Sweden around 31 Jan, in Denmark around 17 Feb, and in Norway around 2 Mar.
