The same thing happened to me last year at Bethany Beach Ocean Suites. They changed their parking fee from complimentary to $25/night in early 2021, after I made the reservation for August 2021. I was prepared to dispute the fee -- but it turned out the property understood the issue and did not charge me for parking.
