For the chapel that’s above the food court in the Charlotte airport: who runs it? Does the airport give it to a religious organization for free or does someone pay for the space?

I had a layover there this morning and would have gladly gone to a service, but it started 15 minutes before my flight was boarding, so I figured it would be rude to leave midway through.

I also noticed that the services are Catholic. That’s fine, but it just made me curious about how the chapel is staffed, and who pays for the cost (does the local Catholic diocese handle it)!
