I think that would have been my first question. Maybe have a look at her ticket. Maybe she was on the wrong flight. Weird stuff happens sometimes, especially when alcohol is playing a role.

You'd think by the time someone has achieved Diamond status, they'd grasp the concept of assigned seat numbers. It's hard to imagine that this approach has worked for her in the past.
