What you need to worry about is people like me. Silvers (now Gold thanks to the "Stay 4 get Gold" HH promo) who, when on vacation, actually book and pay for an Executive Floor room, instead of hoping for/expecting an upgrade.

I would saythat at a few of the NY properties on any given day that more then 2 diamonds are present. You are probally right when it concerns hotels off the beaten path.
On another note, I received a mailing from Citi for a Hilton cc and it was signed by Adam Burke. Now I know the folks that sign those mailings really exist.
