Same bad experience with Air Tahiti (VT) - well it shows but is not bookable. Nice but useless agent, submitted a ticket to the "technical team", said would call me back in 24-48hr with update, it's been a week and nothing.
The CapOne agent (not travel agent) offered to give the 5x points. I pointed out I'm after the $300 travel credit. She promised to investigate and call me back a week ago. Nothing.
