Also LIM and UIO are KL destinations and it is supposed to be a code share. Codeshare could be DL or AM (or AR) so that does not rule out much.

AA B737 and probably >5 yrs ago because of the old AA logo.

My first thought was a smaller airport in California or Colorado like COS or PSP…

Then started thinking about Mexico but there was nothing obvious either.
