Some things that would be good to know (if part of Hilton management):

% of all room nights occupied by Diamonds

% of all room nights occupied by Gold

% of all room nights occupied by Silver

% of all room nights occupied by HHonors members without status

.... and variations thereof.

For purpose of this, total room nights = number of rooms in all properties * number of nights in the year (or something of the sort).

And then mixing that data up with looking at the revenue involved would be interesting.
