I stayed here a few weeks ago. Got a room upgrade to runway view (one level) but the room was as far from the lift as possible i.e a long walk. When I entered the room, the key card holder for the power fell off and broke so I had no power. Called someone and they replaced it. Easy to get buses etc but now they even charge within the Heathrow Zone (I think it was only 1.50 GBP). Evening snacks in lounge were basic but better then nothing. Didn’t bother with breakfast. Worst part of stay was them not getting the welcome bonus or the additional points that came in the package. They never replied to my email and Marriott ended up sorting it out for me.
