If she somehow boarded the wrong flight, kicking her off might have been doing her a favor.
In the heat of the moment, I was busy keeping myself calm, just trying to hope to get this over with. Looking back at it, I'm just going to assume that she was too many glasses down or something. Regardless, it was definitely an experience and I'm going to be complacent in finally (re)gaining decent status in a loyalty program after 2+ years.
