Thank you for all your advise and input. UA ticketed my trip from LIH to OGG and charged me 7700 miles/person. I was worried about they are going to charge me for the OGG to LAX flight to 25k/person. I called reservation and she said it shows an even exchange from prior flight and UA owe me back 1400 miles/person. I said please do not change anything to my reservation. They should charge me for 3 people 54600 miles for the original two trips I booked, so far, they charged me 57900 miles, they should owe me 3300 miles. It was so messed up. Should I call back on Monday? During weekend it seemed only outsourcing agent from Indian pick up the phone? I do not care they refund me 3300 miles or not. I just want to make sure the trip the agent says was an even exchange and owe me back 1400 miles/person does not cause any trouble. If it is like the reservation agent said, it is an even exchange and I am not going to charge more miles, I am safe with this ticket? will it possible some people from UA looking into this booking and just cancel my trip for no reason or charged me 25k miles/person? That is my concern.
