Horrid stay last night at the property. My experiences seem to be either great or awful here.
  • No upgrade as a Titanium Member - lovely Bath Road view provided.
  • No lounge access as a Titanium Member
  • Kids running up and down the halls from 9pm-11pm keeping me awake
  • Hotel very busy when I was leaving so caught an Uber rather than standing on the shuttle bus. (Uber £10, Shuttle £5.50 per person)
  • Starbucks outlet has closed and is replaced with a hotel run cafe - 4 sandwiches for sale - not 4 types, 4 total. Terrible selection of items.
  • Gift shop open with wider range of drinks, including Coke products
