Yesterday, 4/9. Arrived at 9 AM, left at 2:30 PM, so breakfast and lunch. Second time in a Polaris lounge (first time was IAD last month). Fairly quiet in the morning with the exception of one guest having a call on speaker phone. By the time I left, it was quite busy.

I had the 'bowl' for breakfast as well as some bacon and potatoes from the buffet. I had Cesar salad, pork carnitas, and pear for lunch as well as a bite of the ancho chili chicken and mac & cheese from the buffet. All were good except the pork was a bit dry.

Service, both at the bar and the dining area, was quite good. Being a bit picky, I know, but the sign at the dining area clearly states 'wait to be seated'. But whenever a guest was waiting, staff said, 'oh, sit wherever you want'.

Interesting to note that most guests partook of the buffet rather than the dining area.

I was also able to try tastes of three brown liquors that I normally would not have had a chance to try. That was a nice feature.
