Anyone else hearing nightmare about how long it's taking to get an airport shuttle from the Residence Inn LAX du to understaffing? I got their park here fly there rate, which is great, but the woman at the front desk just advised to get to lobby up to 40 minutes before you want to hop on the shuttle because they're understaffed. Also said that it's a third party shuttle service and that none of the hotels in the LAX area have their own shuttle services. This I find just dumbfounding - what's the point of an airport hotel if it doesn't have a reliable shuttle service?
