Similar, but different.

Both the 757 and 767 have three hydraulic systems, Left, Center, and Right. The distribution of loads varies significantly. On the 757, the Left system has the big-draw items. On the 767 it is the Center. Left and right systems are powered by their respective engine-driven pumps as well as an electric pump. The Center has two electric pumps and, on the 767, a pnuematic hydraulic pump. Each also has a PTU (hydraulically driven hydraulic pump) but it does different things on each airplane.

You don't lose a hydraulic system when an engine fails, you only lose that engine's engine-driven hydraulic pump You still have that system's electric pump. You would still have the thrust reverse on the operating engine.
