Now that is fair enough, but I'd reckon that that may have other (related) reasons, e.g. KF almost never shows SQ flights when you do a *A award search online, but I have been able to stitch those together in person at Ion office using SQ long haul and say LH/LX shorthaul which could not be pulled up online. YMMV
