Is Qantas Flex fare refundable?
The fare description on qantas.com shows them as cancellable.

Before and after Departure:
Permitted
This fare may be used as credit towards the payment of any equal or higher fare from the point of origin, provided the new fare conditions are met. If the new fare is cancelled, the original conditions apply. In the event of a No show before departure the fare is non-refundable. A fee of USD $500 per person applies for No Show after departure. This credit must be used within 12 months of the original ticket/s date of issue.
Customers who purchase a ticket in the United States may cancel their reservations and obtain a ticket refund without charge within 24 hours of ticketing when purchase is one week or more prior to departure of the first flight in the itinerary.
