I think BA "need" this bad press personally (as tabloidy as it is), BA dont seem to respond to feedback via the normal channels etc...
Not at all. But toxic relationships are toxic. Thankfully we're many years happily married. I wouldn't feel the need for a paper to hear what my ex was or wasn't like. Move on to the one that gives you what you want. At the moment it's a endless run of the same complaints from people who knew what they were getting into.
