Finally resolved
I reached out to AA again on twitter, notifying them that EY still can not see the bags included even though the tickets notes were updated by AA. I requested for a reissue of the tickets. AA contact on twitter replied with the new ticket number after which I was able to confirm with EY that 2 pcs of luggage are included with the ticket. I also requested EY to send me a copy of the e-ticket and the ticket does show 2 pcs of luggage included. I am glad that it was finally resolved but with multiple persistent attempts.
Note: The EY manage booking link still doesn't show the check in bag allowance but shows only the carry on.
