Woohoo, just found out upgrade on the return SMF-HNL on Monday cleared. Got it both ways. Called in to check on miles upgrades availability for my Vegas flights later this month. Lady was very hard to understand and it sounded like she said availability both ways so I asked how many miles and she said sorry, no availability. Oh well. I have good bulk head aisle EC seats both ways, 14G and 33C. No row 11 available except in middle not aisle.
