All of this branding comes at a significant cost, don’t forget. It’s Heathrow’s terminal, not BA’s - whatever they may like to think.
I know there is a lot of branding inside - too much I would say - but given the glass curtain walls I am
wondering why they didn’t design in a large speedmarque at the outset, either hung within or fixed outside. Appreciate these things are expensive but in the scheme of a £B construction project it would have been a drop in the ocean.

Anyway, I think the question is answered by the fact it’s not BAs terminal. But that would also apply to T3 and Virgin got away with it.

Such an exercise being very far down the list of priorities for BA today
