Surprisingly, it doesn't offend me. Parking is an amenity that you can use or not use. IMO it's no different than if parking was say $10/nt when you booked your reservation but was increased to $15/nt wholly independent of your booking. That being said, if your reservation stated complimentary parking, then I would think that they'd waive the parking fee.
