- When was your booking cancelled (I assume within 24 hours of your arrival as you were flying)
- For what reason? (sometimes a booking get cancelled if you miss the midnight check in window and booked a day early for am early morning check in).
- To me if cancelled within 24hr of arrival this is a walk, not a cancellation.
Do contact
[email protected] with a formal complaint stating the hotel did not adhere to the diamond walk policy and was unable to honor your valid confirmed reservation.

The reservation was made same day. 03/05/2022.
The location is a shuttle ride from GRR.
The night manager at the hotel when pressed said they were overbooked and there was a Drury just down the street or I could call the 800 number and take it up with them. - if they had started with that I would have been pissed but would have let it drop.
I have the email and it says cancelled.
After calling Hilton I was informed they could get me in a nearby Curio, at my expense.
And best of all we were playing this game of charades after midnight and you may assume that I was not exactly in the mood for charades.
When I cool down and have a few minutes I will be sending a note to the diamond e-mail.
