Thank you for the response. I tried doing both UK & Italy. Here’s the procedure I’m trying and maybe you can see where I’m going wrong. I open the app-go to Search for new trips, etc.., pick A Trip to UK-pick flight details,etc..get the message “flights to UK do not need to Use VeriFly, etc…and that’s all I get.
