Well I decided based on the advice above to go for a new application instead of an upgrade. For the first time I got the “in progress “ message and no instant approval. If I get approved and it’s after 4/13 will I get the 100k SUB since I applied on 4/7 or will I get whatever SUB is offered at the time of my approval ?
