UK needs to get with the program for 0800, like who has a fixed phone. I guess a hotel phone but they might charge you also, a lobby phone maybe would work , or you could stand in a callbox if you can find one that works , don't mind the smell , and have a thick jacket given Qantas wait times and English weather
