We may do the HC or a a condo rental if SER is truly this booked up. The HC seems to get mixed reviews around here, but that seems to be the case for most Hyatt ski properties (PH Beaver Creek included).
I have stayed at pretty much all of the nice Hyatt based ski properties around the country. I think the Hyatt Centric Park City is a fantastic property. They always upgrade us to a nice room and they treat Globalist well. I would highly recommend it there although as a disclaimer I like and have always been treated very well at the PH Beaver Creek too and would recommend it there as well.
Also keep in mind that the SER may have not opened reservations up that far in advance yet, most of the property is owned by individuals they only have a few hotel rooms. You can book there now in the summer on points I believe.
