Putting aside the fact that there is no NJTransit rail stop at ACY, a direct bus from PHL to ACY will be faster than the train by every metric.
While that's true, the NJ Transit train dumps you right in downtown, walking distance to just about everything with shuttles to the casinos. ACY is still going to require an uber to the beaches/casinos.
