My experience was that I could buy tickets at a vending machine in the baggage area by using my VISA Credit card. Amex wasn't accepted if I remember correctly, but it's been a while. If you buy online, according to the website, you indeed get a PNR that you can then enter in one of those vending machines and get a physical card in return.
