Second: You proactively called and got rescheduled, assuming at no charge.
So the airline provided the right duty of care in terms of notification and rescheduling. No compensation due.
I think it is slightly below the 14 days in advance with time zones.
yes, I proactively changed my flight for the best accommodation. They did not charge any extra
