Does anyone have any experience on how long it will take the new voucher to be produced so it can be used ??(eCoupon with an expiry to a Voucher with no expiry). Today I used a $1006 voucher for a $1001 ticket, and then immediately cancelled it and the email I got said "Please allow a minimum of three weeks (unless otherwise stated by applicable law) for your $xxxx refund to be processed and credited to the original form of payment."
I know it says 3 weeks, but there is a chance I'll want to use it up for a flight in November, so the sooner, the better.
