Cancelled Flight - Am I entitled to compensation?
Sorry if this isn’t the correct place for this thread.
I was flying on 4/16 via KLM BUD to AMS (KL 1972 departing 6:35 arriving at 8:40) then AMS to IAH (KL 0661 departing 9:50 and arriving 13:10).
I was notified via email on 4/2/2022 at 4:21 am (CST) that flight KL 1972 was cancelled.
I called Flying Blue and rescheduled for 4/16 flying Air France BUD to CDG (AF 1695 departing 6:00 and arriving at 8:25) with a 5hr 15min layover CDG to ATL (AF 688 departing 13:40 arriving 17:05).
This is my first time having a disruption in Europe and wasn’t sure if my change fit the compensation criteria.
