Hi

I think that what is stated in the t&Cs and your actual experience may vary between hotels ie
some posters have said they have been told no rollovers and it cannot be used on checkout day for breakfast whereas others have been able to.
I would check with the hotel at checkin to avoid potentially losing credit.
