For those following, I heard from AC that they've identified the issue causing people to be missing the bonus points they're due from the BC Is Calling promo. Apparently it impacted all flights on or after Feb 20 and they're expecting to have it fixed in the next week or so.

Since my Accelerate Your Way to Status promo SQx are also missing for flights on or after Feb 20, I suspect the two issues might be related.
