Cruising at 28,000 feet - 'airspace restrictions'
May or may not be impacting TATL BA flights but our TUI captain has just announced we will be restricted to 28,000 feet on our way to PUJ because of 'airspace restrictions'

Anyone any idea what is causing this and if it's a wider issue for all flights?
