  • Please provide more details. Which hotel?
  • When was your booking cancelled (I assume within 24 hours of your arrival as you were flying)
  • For what reason? (sometimes a booking get cancelled if you miss the midnight check in window and booked a day early for am early morning check in).
  • To me if cancelled within 24hr of arrival this is a walk, not a cancellation.
Do contact [email protected] with a formal complaint stating the hotel did not adhere to the diamond walk policy and was unable to honor your valid confirmed reservation.
