Welcome to FT Mads62 and sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience. Qantas lists two numbers for the UK:

0800 964 432 ## (within UK)

0845 7 747 767^
Call cost up to 7 pence a minute (inc VAT) for 084 numbers.

The "'##" footnote in the first number resolves to the following:

"## Toll free calls cannot be made from mobile phones using these numbers."
